   Our health depends on how we BUILD and SUSTAIN our bodies through the food we eat, the liquids we drink, the air we breathe, the thoughts we think, our physical activities, and the contents of what we put on our skin. 
   Our bodies have biological needs to support all of our cells and keep them strong, and we know the building blocks required to do so. If you are in a state of health it is because you are feeding your cells what they need to survive and thrive. If you are unwell, the fundamental place to begin to heal is by providing these essential building blocks to your cells. There are many scientific, therapeutic means by which to do this some of which have been used for thousands of years. 
   Taking medications, especially over long periods of time can benefit greatly from holistic support to ensure that the body's processes being modified by the medication(s) do not fall out of balance. Many people are on multiple medications, the effect of which are seldom tested before they are prescribed together to address different symptoms. Some medications are even prescribed just to address symptoms of other medications!
